I was not able to take photos of the second floor, but I’m sure it’ll be as good as this is.

Cafe 1771 is also home the one of the most friendliest staff I have encountered. They were all smiles and were also nice to talk to, just like how breakfast conversations should be.

Now here are the reasons why Cafe 1771 can brighten up your mornings….

Baguio Longanisa na Sabog – I’m a big fan of longanisa and this has been on added to my list of best tasting longanisa.  There must have been something added into it to make it taste really different from the ones I tried in Baguio. I love it anyways.

Enough of the rice meals, lets now get to know the other stars of Cafe 1771’s breakfast line up.

Croque Madame – baked layers of ham, Gruyere cheese, whipped with creamy bechamel sauce over a slice of English bread topped with sunny side up egg. How’s that for a meal?
