X-Photographers and FujiFilm fans were given a sneak peek and experience their six new mirrorless cameras. Announced at the Glorietta Activity Center at one of Manila’s premier malls, Fujifilm is making January 28 a lot special to match the success of the X-A2, X-T1 an X-T10 in the Philippines.

- X-GFX 50s

The event was attended by X-Photographers Xyza Cruz Bacani, Niko Villegas, Jan Gonzales, Rommel Bundalilan, and Lito Sy. The star of the event was FUJIFILM’s first Medium Format GFX 50S which I like, but will never be mine because it’s way beyond my price range. I chose to dream about the X-T20 and the X-100F instead.
The FUJIFILM GFX 50S is much lighter than I expected, 1.23 kilograms together with the standard lens (GF63mm F2.8 R WR). It adopts the FUJIFILM G Format (43.8 x 32.9mm medium format) sensor and utilizes a whopping 51.4 MP – a large sized sensor with an even higher number of effective pixels. The EVF-TL1 EVF tilt adapter is also sold separately and you can conveniently use the LCD to focus on subjects.
Fujifilm will also be releasing the “FUJINON GF63mmF2.8 R WR”, “FUJINON GF32-64mmF4 R LM WR” and “FUJINON GF120mmF4 R LM OIS WR Macro“.
The FUJIFILM X-A10 has got a 16.3 megapixel APS-C sensor and a proprietary processing engine that makes sure every shot is of topnotch quality. Even in difficulty shooting conditions, you’ll be sure to still have accurate skin tones because the X-A10 has advanced skin tone reproduction capability. Portraits would be perfect. The 180 degree slide and tilt LCD also makes it possible to take really great self-portraits, you’ll love taking more selfies!
The handy and powerful X-T20 takes pride having a 24.3 MP X-Trans CMOS III ※1 sensor and X-Processor Pro image processing engine. It’s faster, able to track moving objects with ease because of updated sensors, processors and redone AF algorithm. Its touchscreen LCD monitor can be used to see before you shoot photos and videos, even at 4K quality to make those professional looking movies together with Fujifilm’s proprietary Film Simulation modes.
All the motivation you need to make your photo and video better is here. This is the FUJIFILM X100F. With a 24.3 Megapixel sensor and processor, this is the best Premium Compact Digital camera in FUJIFILM’s line. Take glorious shots of the bottom of the creek or top of the hill, you’ll get that high quality image via the camera’s hard working high speed image processing engine. It’s got the specialized hybrid viewfinder which can switch between optical and electronic viewfinders.
Giving you a little more of flair, this is the X-Pro2 Graphite Edition. The well-loved model just got a little more premium with a dose of rich metallic texture by applying a special multilayer coating unique to this piece of hardware and its corresponding interchangeable lens.
Taking one great thing and making it even better, FUJIFILM Corporation bids you’ll love the X-T2 Graphite Silver Edition. It starts up fast and it uses a unique color reproduction technology so you could enjoy the outstanding image quality Fujifilm is known for. It also supports 4K Video, taking those memories for a spin so you could keep it in digital form for a long time.
Fujifilm willingly continues to define and bring cutting edge camera technology in the market and bids these as the next ones to enjoy!
