Where do you go to taste the flavors of Singapore without leaving warmth of the Philippines? Easy – head to My Singapore Food Street. Not only does it have authentic Singapore dishes, it also offers a wide array of sumptuous Asian food.
My Singapore Food Street is located at the 2nd level Bridgeway of SM Megamall and is a partnership between entrepreneur Jean Henri Lhuillier and TV personality/celebrity chef Vivien Tan.
Vivien Tan is proud to have experienced and tasted authentic Singapore dishes during her stay in Singapore. She mentioned that during those days Hainanese Chicken were cooked using native chicken and not cultured chicken.
The Hainanese Chicken is known to be the national dish of Singapore and it was given justice by My Singapore Food Street. I’ve tasted Hainanese Chicken from another restaurant and it didn’t make that impact. Giving it another chance didn’t even cross my mind.
