The gloomy weather didn’t stop the doctors, staff, and the management of Pasig Doctors Medical Center in celebrating its first year of providing excellent medical services to the community. I used to pass by Amang Rodriguez Avenue often and saw how it was built but and this is the first time that I got to see it completed. I didn’t know it was already a year since it first opened.
Before the program, Pasig Doctors Medical Center team went on a motorcade despite the non stop rain. It was a testament of their dedication in providing quality health and medical services. A mass headed by Reverend Bishop Mylo Hubert C. Vergara D.D. of the Diocese of Pasig. After the mass Bishop Mylo blessed the hospital’s new ambulance and the new hospital sections – the Chapel, Industrial Clinic, and the Multi-Purpose Hall at the 8th Flr are for the following new sections of the hospital: Chapel, Industrial Clinic, Ambulance and 8F Multi-Purpose Hall.
The highlight of the event was the arrival of the honorable Senator and currently the chairman of the Philippine Red Cross, Sen. Richard “Dick” Gordon to spearhead he ribbon cutting ceremony.
