I’ve been to few of them and one of them was Tapeo.
That night, Tapeo was packed with wine enthusiasts because Tapeo was having a Santa Rita Tapas Night. Santa Rita is a brand of wines from Chile with the sole mission/vision of making people’s moments enjoyable. Santa Rita wines were made so that everybody can taste and appreciate Chilean wines. Santa Rita featured a combination of its “120 Wines”, Sauvignon Blanc, Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon.They wines are made of the finest quality wine, if the grapes do not meet a certain level of quality for a wine, they will not make that wine. The will not force it or make something else. They’d rather not make the wine that sacrifice quality.
Come to think of it, wines make special occasions even more special because a bottle of wine can be shared by many, and a bottle of beer is mean for personal consumption and there is this feeling of sophistication when you are drinking wine. According to a quote by Robert Louis Stevenson (writer/poet/novelist) “Wine is a bottled poetry.” I agree, poetry never age and the more you read it, the more you get to appreciate it. Wine has its own story, the more you drink it, the more you appreciate its taste, the story behind it and the memories you will make from it.
Drinking wines should not be limited to special events and occasions, wines can make every moment special, just add friends. Santa Rita wines can go from as low as Php300 to Php500 pesos to as high as Php5,000.
