Splashing its way in to the last days of summer are Starbucks’ new blended beverage, food items, cards, mugs and tumblers were revealed at the Starbucks Summer Party at Le Reve, Sgt Esguerra, QC.
While others were swimming some are busy designing their tumblers for a contest. My tumbler proves that I can appreciate are but lacks the skill to create one. A live acoustic band was performing and iced brewed coffee were also served to keep our creative juices running during the activity.
I didn’t get to win but I least I got to taste Starbucks’ new blended beverage, a refreshing and unique twist on chocolate and tea both available June 7.
The new Chocolate Black Tea with Earl Grey Jelly Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is delightful and indulgent with every sip. This one’s for me, the earl grey tea jelly was a delightful surprise. I think I found my match.
The Chocolate Black Tea with Earl Grey Jelly Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is a blend of Kenyan Tea leaves and chocolate is infused into a smooth and delicious Black Tea Frappuccino® with a layer of refreshing and aromatic earl grey tea jelly, chocolate java chips and finished with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate black tea powder.
Starbucks pairs green tea with chocolate in the Double Chocolate Green Tea Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. It’s a combination sure to energize anyone on a hot day. My wife’s favorite is the Green Tea Cream Frappuccino and I’m sure she’ll love this even more.
It’s infused with crunchy java chips layered with a smooth chocolate sauce at the top and bottom of the cup. It is then topped with whipped cream and a light dusting of green tea powder.
Also available starting June 7 is the new special Blue Fish Scales design Starbucks card inspired by the siren’s tail. Starbucks also collaborated with Vivienne Tam, for a limited edition Starbucks Card is inspired by her iconic “Bird and Flora” print. The limited edition card will be available on July 1.
New food choices will also be available on June 7 – Purple Yam Cheesecake with red mung bean and macapuno, Chicken Milk Bun, Chicken Parmigiana Wrap, and Sausage and Spinach on Focaccia Bread.
Plus, new core food items such as the breakfast pancakes which go perfectly well with your coffee and Go Lite! Chips which are great for your afternoon snack cravings. Whether it’s for breakfast or a light snack, they got new food items that you can enjoy with your favorite coffee.
