Paella has always been the mother of all dishes. If you know how to cook Paella, the you are the queen/king of the Filipino kitchen. In our clan, no one knows how to cook Paella.  No one dared, cooking Paella.  You not only have to how to cook Paella, you also have to do meet what is expected of the dish.  It has be very delicious.

Chef Alexandra made cooking Paella look so simple.  I just found out that you can’t just use any type of rice, that’s how complicated Paella is.  I think I’ll just leave it to the expert, Tapella.
