One of the most Japanese dish has arrived in the most popular Japanese fast food restaurant in the country, the Ramen. Tokyo Tokyo now has its own Ramen Bar to satisfy our cravings for ramen.
The first Tokyo Tokyo Ramen Bar is located in Trinoma but there are already a lot of them spread out in the city to cover the Ramen craze. Here they are – SM Southmall; Net Lima, The Fort; SM Megamall; People Support Ayala; Greenbelt; Market Market; SM Baguio; SM Fairview; SM North EDSA Annex; and opening soon in July 2013 at SM North EDSA Main, SM San Lazaro, SM Manila, Greenhills, Harbor Point Subic, Robinsons Pioneer, Ali Mall, Festival Mall, SM Dasmarinas, and SM Bicutan.
The launch of the Ramen Bar was attended by Tokyo Tokyo ambassador Daniel Matsunaga and he brought with him Ramens. Spicy Chicken, Braised Pork and Miso Tempura Ramen.
Tokyo Tokyo Ramen uses pork bone or tonkotsu broth that is cooked for 24 hours and served with freshly made noodles.
The snack-sized bowl, the one you see in the photos is for only P99 while the full serving is at P150. A very affordable price, making ramens available to all. A must try is their Gyoza, it’s a perfect combination and I just had to instagram it.
