Jobstreet also noted that if you want to be noticed by these companies, you need to have these qualities: willingness to learn, initiative, honesty and integrity, communication skills, trainable and technically knowledgeable.
According to employers, fresh graduates should highlight their internship experience as it is their official first work experience. Their grades and also their extra-curricular activities should also be noted. If you have been a part of an organization, a church leader, or a club officer better highlight that too as it reflects your leadership quality. 8 out of 10 companies hires fresh graduates in the field of accounting, sales and marketing but you can still land your dream job as long as you have the qualities they look for and you present yourself well.
