Workato is planting its roots in the country’s most vital business districts to tap into diverse talent and industries:
- PBCom Tower, Makati: Situated in the heart of the financial district, focusing on enterprise and go-to-market strategies.
- Axis Tower, Alabang: Leveraging the massive concentration of technology and operations talent in the south.
- Hiring Goals: The company plans to grow its local team by 20-30% by the end of 2026, spanning roles in solutions consulting, partner management, and product support.
Leading the charge is Tyrone Borromeo, appointed as Managing Director for Workato Philippines. A native Filipino with over 25 years in the tech industry (including stints at Salesforce and MuleSoft), Borromeo is tasked with building a partner-led ecosystem.
