Huawei has officially introduced an expanded support initiative through its monthly Service Day program and a new Worry-Free Care Package designed to improve device longevity for its users.
Scheduled for the first Friday to Sunday of every month, Huawei Service Day provides a cost-effective maintenance window for owners of the brand’s smartphones and wearables. This initiative includes the waiver of labor fees for all out-of-warranty repairs.
Participants of the monthly Service Day events are also entitled to a complimentary screen protector for their eligible devices. The next scheduled dates for this promotion are November 6 to 8 and December 4 to 6, 2026, held at participating Huawei Authorized Service Centers.
Beyond the monthly events, Huawei has rolled out the Worry-Free Care Package for selected devices, including the new Huawei nova 16s series and various wearables. This package is engineered to provide comprehensive protection against common hardware mishaps.
The package covers repairs for screens, back covers, camera modules, and internal liquid damage for one full year. Under this program, customers are charged a flat service fee of PHP 1,299 per component, while the necessary replacement parts are provided free of charge.
As an added benefit, the program addresses long-term battery health for aging units. Devices identified with a battery capacity falling below 85 percent may qualify for a free battery replacement following a professional technical inspection.
These initiatives reflect Huawei’s commitment to lowering the total cost of ownership for its ecosystem products. By streamlining the repair process, the brand aims to make high-quality professional maintenance more accessible to its local consumer base.
