Driven by its ongoing commitment to education and community development, OPPO Philippines recently did a truly heartwarming thing: they donated computers and school supplies to Dalipit Elementary School in Cuenca, Batangas.
This isn’t just a small gesture either; the donation included a solid 18 computer sets aimed at boosting the school’s digital learning infrastructure, plus school supplies for a total of 130 students from Grades 1 to 6. This whole initiative really hammers home OPPO’s mission to empower Filipino students by supporting holistic learning, creativity, and personal growth, proving that with the right resources, kids can unlock their full potential and be better equipped for the future.

Grateful for the generous support, the community of Barangay Dalipit West was full of appreciation. “Dalipit Elementary School is truly blessed. Many schools are in need of computer sets, and we are grateful that our school was chosen to receive this generous support. Thank you very much to OPPO,” said Barangay Councilor Mary Ann Pascual, while Barangay Captain Felicisima Jumarang added, “We pray that OPPO continues to grow so that more communities like ours can benefit from your generosity.”
During the turnover ceremony, Edison Gaw, OPPO Philippines’ Operations, Human Resources, and Legal Director, shared an inspiring message, encouraging students to really value their education and stay focused on their dreams. “Make the most of every opportunity. Study hard, listen to your teachers and parents, and always strive to be kind. No matter your age, you can already be a role model in your community,” Gaw said. Through awesome programs like this, OPPO is truly committed to uplifting Filipino communities by supporting progress and driving meaningful changes.
