WIKO T10 Review – iuuWIKO For You

If you haven’t heard yet, a new player has entered the Philippines smartphone market and so far it has nothing but great first impressions. To begin with, the WIKO T10 full-packed entry-level phone for ₱6,499.00.

WIKO T10’s key features are not usually found in an entry-level phone. It’s powered by MediaTek Helio 22 SoC and PowerVR GE8300 GPU running on Android 11 Go Edition.

  • 13-Megapixel + 8-Megapixel Cameras
  • 6.5” Edgeless Dew Drop Display
  • 5000 mAh Large Battery With Reverse Charging
  • 4GBRAM + 128 GB ROM

Inside the box are a charging/data cable and a power adapter. It also came with a SIM ejector and some papers that no one ever reads, ever. You won’t find an earphone or a standard silicone case in the box because – one, earphones are so 2010’s TWS is now the new thing; two, brands want to make their products as affordable as possible and adding an earphone and a case will include an additional cost. I wouldn’t mind not having a case because it covers the beauty of the phone itself. I mean they were designed to be flaunted not hidden. Look at the gorgeous back of the WIKO T10.

At the bottom you’ll find the the stereo speakers, the USB-C port and the now rare audio jack. I love that it was still made available because some people still like it wired. They don’t want to be bothered with charging TWS or any bluetooth headsets.

WIKO T10’s 6.5-inch HD+ display has a refresh rate of 60hz and the waterdrop notch at the center houses the 8MP selfie camera.

It has a 13MP camera at the back with LED flash which I thought was another camera. It reminds me of the iPhone camera placement. The back really looks great and does invite smudges or fingerprints. It’s also available in Midnight Black. The one I have is Emerald Green. The emerald green looks fine, it stands out among the black and white phones.

Photos form the camera good enough to be posted and shared online. It’s an entry-level phone so don’t expect anything fancy. It can compete snd go head-to-head in its category and possibly win in major aspects. But over all it’s a decent all-day, every day shooter specially in well-lit situation.

The phone is equipped with Android 11 Go Edition to keep things llight and run things smoothly. It said that it helps the phone start up 15% faster. Playing games won’t be an issue with its 4GB ram and PowerVR GE8300 GPU but don’t expect it to run graphic and RAM heavy games.

In summary, WIKO T10 is something to watch out for. It maybe new in the market but it has what it takes to compete in its category. For ₱6,499 you get a huge screen, a huge battery, a large storage, and a 13MP camera. You can them at WIKO’s Lazada and Shopee stores.
