New Tech from realme realme just celebrated its 7th anniversary with a couple of legit game-changers. During their Global Fan Festival, the brand showed off two new smartphone concepts that basically attack our biggest phone problems: short battery life and overheating.
First up is a phone with a massive 15,000mAh ultra-high-density battery. That’s a huge step up, and it’s all thanks to new full-silicon anode material. realme says this monster can power a device for up to five days on a single charge, which means you could get 18 hours of continuous video recording and 50 hours of video playback. That’s a lot of binge-watching or gaming without a power bank.

Then there’s the Chill Fan Phone, which is exactly what it sounds like—a phone with a “built-in AC inside.” It uses thermoelectric cooling technology paired with a fan to drop the core temperature by up to 6°C. If you’re into heavy games like Genshin Impact or Honkai: Star Rail, this means smoother performance and no more thermal throttling.

FanFest in the Philippines
Here in the Philippines, the celebration was made extra special with FanFest 2025: REALmix. The event was headlined by The Juans and featured a ton of fan activities. The big highlight was the Real Soundtrack Songwriting Contest, where AZ Alcantara won the grand prize for their song “I Am Real.” They took home P300,000 and the chance to have their song professionally recorded for realme’s upcoming holiday campaign.
It’s clear realme is not just about specs; they’re also about connecting with their community, especially the young users who are always on the go. These new innovations show the brand is focused on making phones that can keep up with their users’ fast-paced and creative lives.
