Eat City is lighting up Amaia Scapes, General Trias every Thurs – Sundays from 6PM to 12Mn with the live entertainment and a variety of food. With the rise of food parks and food trucks in the city, Eat City decided to bring them home in General Trias, Cavite.
Amaia Scapes General Trias is located in the first-class Municipality Province of Cavite with houses ranging from P790,000 – P2,300,000. You can opt to purchase a single or a twin homes(duplex). You can get a twin home or single home. Twin home is a duple where in you can also purchase the house next to you to get more space. There are three in each row, so you can either get left and the middle or the one on the right and the middle.
These is what it looks like from the outside. Each home is already provisioned for a second floor and for twin homes. you just have to present the house plan to their architects for approval. The single home is probably good for a bachelor or a husband and wife. I don’t recommend it for a family, I suggest you get twin homes.
