They were recognized as the Outstanding Distributor of the Year 2024 and also for having the Outstanding Sales Department of 2024. That’s quite the double whammy, and it really speaks to their impressive growth and dedication to customer service.
Now, GAC Motor is a global player, with a presence in 72 countries. And get this, their global retail performance jumped by a whopping 97%! Asia seems to be a key driver for them, and guess who stood out? The Philippines.
Apparently, they sold a solid 3,207 units in 2024, which translates to a 65% year-on-year growth. That’s a huge jump, and it shows Filipinos are really taking to GAC Motor vehicles.
But it’s not just sales figures. Their dealership network expansion is also something to marvel at. They went from just six dealerships in 2022 to a massive 32 in 2024. That’s the fastest dealership growth within GAC’s entire global network!
Luis Torres, Country Manager of Astara Philippines, mentioned that these awards are a reflection of their team’s hard work, their dealer partners, and of course, the loyal customers. And with GAC Motor International’s support, they’re looking to deliver even better vehicles and customer experiences.
They’re even rolling out a new training program, the GAC Sales and Service Way (GSSW), to further enhance their operations. It seems they’re serious about refining their sales and service processes, which is always a good thing for us consumers.
