I had to borrow photos of the first two pairing from a blogger friend/rockstar – Myke because I came late and didn’t had the chance. It wasn’t not being able to take the photos that I regretted but it was being able to taste them. They look oh so delicious.
My pairing started with the Deep-Fried Fish Fillet in Salted Egg Yolk and Steamed Egg White. Something new to my taste buds, it’s pure genius. Using salted egg yolk as the breading is gastronomically awesome plus the steamed egg white.
Just right after serving my first pair the fourth pair followed – Fried Rice, Diced chicken, Chinese Sausage with Cullen Mangan Vineyard, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Merlot 2011.

And last but not the least is are the desert pairing. A duo of chilled Mango Pudding and Tapioca Pearl Cake with Milk Cream for dessert matched with sparkling wine.
