Ten years after opening its doors in Makati, Sicilian Roast is marking a major milestone and evolution with the launch of its newest branch at Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang. The move signals the brand’s growth into one of Manila’s most dependable names in Italian dining, now across four locations (Makati, San Juan, Quezon City, and Alabang).

The new Molito branch debuts a completely refreshed menu that will be rolled out across all locations. Guided by CEO Lorenzo Vega and Executive Chef Matt Navarro (whose career spans New York and five-star hotels), the menu features refined classics and elevated ingredients.
“We’ve always believed in serving honest food with soul and warmth. Ten years in, it’s still that passion that fuels us,” says CEO Lorenzo Vega.
The Refined Menu Highlights
Chef Navarro’s expertise has shaped a direction that is “refined but unpretentious,” focusing on bright flavors and generous portions:
Fine-Tuned Pasta Line-up: The star new addition is the Bottarga alla Carmen, angel hair pasta tossed with cured fish roe—a poignant tribute to Vega’s late mother, Maria del Carmen Vega.

Newly Engineered Pizza Dough: Expect an improved base for their signature pies.

Extensive Steak Menu: The brand’s focus on ingredient integrity is highlighted by its partnership with Prime Cuts by Doubleday, making Sicilian Roast one of the few restaurants certified to serve Ito Ranch Matsusaka Beef, Japan’s famed “Queen of Wagyu.”

With its welcoming design, updated bar program, and kitchen led by a passion for honest food, Sicilian Roast Molito captures what the brand has become: a space where excellent Italian food feels both approachable and perfect for any celebration.
