The new Xiaomi Smart Band 10 is here and it has the familiar classic smart band look and feel but with upgrades.
Here’s the video of the unboxing I did a few weeks back.
First up, let’s talk about the screen. Xiaomi has truly outdone themselves with the Smart Band 10, featuring a stunning 1.72-inch AMOLED display that’s brighter than ever before. With a brightness of up to 1500 nits, you can easily see your steps and notifications even in bright sunlight. The 60Hz refresh rate ensures smooth and responsive swiping through your stats.

The bezels are now perfectly symmetrical, giving it a cleaner and more premium look. If you’re feeling fancy, there’s a ceramic edition that feels surprisingly light and comfortable on the wrist. And don’t forget the easy quick-release strap system; it’s a simple feature but a total game-changer for switching up your style.

When it comes to tracking, the Smart Band 10 is a powerhouse. With over 150 sports modes, it’s ready for almost any workout you can throw at it. The heart rate and SpO2 tracking have improved significantly, and there’s even a new electronic compass to get you back home when your lost on a trail. It also excels at sleep tracking, providing detailed insights into your rest. Working on nights shifts make me appreciate this feature more. It has become my favorite feature.

Of course, no device is perfect. The biggest thing to note is that there’s no built-in GPS, so you’ll still need to bring your phone along for a run if you want to map your route. The strap can also be a bit tricky to fasten at first. But these are minor trade-offs for what you get.

And let’s talk about the battery life. Xiaomi promises up to 21 days on a single charge, and even with the Always-On Display enabled, you can still expect a solid 9 days. That’s a lot of juice for a device this capable.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 isn’t a complete revolution, but it makes meaningful and smart upgrades where they matter most. If you’re looking for an affordable, stylish, and feature-packed fitness tracker that’s just a joy to use, this is a total no-brainer.
