Forest Lake Posts P5.5B in Sales, Celebrates at Okada Manila

Forest Lake Development Inc. gathered more than 550 guests at Okada Manila on April 21 for its 12th National Sales Convention, and the numbers they brought to the table were worth the venue. The company posted P5.5 billion in sales in 2025, up from P3.8 billion the year before, making it the strongest performance in the company’s history.

The convention carried the theme “THRIVE: Ani ng Tagumpay,” which translated the year’s results into something more personal than a revenue figure. The crowd at Okada included sales agents, team leaders, support staff, regional groups, executives, investors, and banking partners from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. For a company built on serving Filipino families through some of the hardest moments of their lives, the convention felt like a genuine pause to recognize the people making that work possible.

Forest Lake President and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III put it plainly: “Our sales agents and leaders are the heart of Forest Lake’s success, and their dedication allows us to continue serving Filipino families with dignity, compassion, and care.”

Beyond the numbers, the company used the occasion to reinforce a shift in how it describes itself: from the Philippines’ leading memorial park developer to the Philippines’ leading memorial park developer with Total Memorial Care. That distinction covers a growing ecosystem of services including Libre Burol or Libre Haya nationwide, Libing Anywhere, memorial chapels, cremation services, columbarium developments, and interment services. Forest Lake now has 41 accredited funeral homes across the country supporting its Libre Burol services, with more being added.

The company also announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission approved an increase in its authorized capital stock from P1 billion to P4 billion, giving it the headroom to fund further expansion into new memorial parks and chapels, infrastructure development, and technology investments. It currently operates 42 memorial parks nationwide, including recently launched developments in Bacnotan, Gapan, and Rosario that collectively generated hundreds of millions in sales within months of opening.

Chairman Alfred Xerez-Burgos Jr. summed up the trajectory: “What began as a small memorial park business has grown into a nationwide organization because of our people, our values, and our commitment to service.”

The gala evening featured performances by AZTER and a mini-concert by Gary Valenciano, and the company’s top-performing sellers were sent on an all-expense-paid trip to Bangkok from April 22 to 25, which included visits to the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun, and a luxury buffet dinner cruise.
