Also participating in SM Mall of Asia International Food Fest is America’s number one donut – Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme may have noticed our bulges in the mid section and decided to tour us inside the kitchen instead.
Our guide was the Marketing Manager of Krispy Kreme, she enthusiastically explained each equipment’s use and the processes. I did try to pay attention, I actually got my eye fixed on her, but all can hear is “this is the donuts donuts donuts, it helps glazed donuts donuts donuts, sprinkles..” I guess my donut craving took over my auditory system.
They crew also demonstrated how our favorite donuts are made. It looks so easy to do, but I doubt that I can make one.
We can see how the crew enjoys what they are doing. I can’t help but otice how Rod Magaru is so excited to have his share of the Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles donut.
Krispy Kreme is must add to your food tour after having a full meal at a participating restaurant.

There will also be cooking demos during the event, participating restaurants for the cooking demos are Tempura and Sbarro on September 5, Claw Daddy, New Orleans and Vikings on September 12, 5:30 onwards.
