A New Food Concept Opens at S’Maison – My South Hall

S’Maison got new a new food concept from the collaboration between Chef Josh Boutwood and The Bistro GroupMy South Hall. It features a eight restaurant counters offering some of today’s most craved cuisine and beverages inside a single location. It’s what others would call a food hall or an upscale version of a food court.



The eight (8) restaurants offers different dining experience and cuisines – Japanese, Chinese, Italian, American, fresh fruit juice and even milk tea.

For your Asian cravings, My South Hall has Tabemashou for your favorite Japanese dishes sushi, ramen, skewers, karaage and stonepots. For Chinese Golden Treasures offers a variety of birthday noodles, chow fried rice, egg yolk buns, pork dumpling, hakaw, siumai, chicken feet and Shanghai Mien.





Roast’d offers the best Chinese style roasts – pork, duck and chicken, while Seoul Hot Pot will warm you up with its Chuck eye and Angus Beef Sirloin Hotpots.

Chix serves all-American comfort food from seasoned chicken wings to mouth-watering burgers and fries. Roma on the other hand is serving pasta, salads, soup and herb chicken.

Keeping you hydrated are the two refreshing treats My South Hall – Juicy Fresh Bar and WCKD. Juicy Fresh Bar is the number one fresh fruit juice bar concept in Korea with the most tempting fruit flavor combinations. WCKD serves authentic Taiwan milk tea with ingredients fresh from the milk tea capital of the world.
