Shrimp Bucket offers a unique seafood dining experience for those can’t get enough of the tasty crustaceans. They serve fresh shrimp, mussel and crabs by the bag, by the pound. On it’s 5th year Shrimp Bucket has already opened 7 branches, the latest at Ayala Mall the 30th in Pasig. They also opened at the biggest malls in Manila including Grand Hamptons Tower 1 in BGC, Il Terrazo Mall in Tomas Morato, UP Town Center in Katipunan Ave and others.
The place offers nothing fancy just because the bells and whistles are not what their loyal customers are after. Its dim lights, brick wall and comfortable seats are enough to keep make them waiting in line. You will be given plastic gloves if you prefer to eat with your hands, which I woul recommended when you’re eating shrimps or crabs to fully enjoy your dining experience.
Basically, they cook your seafood of choice in the bag, sealing its natural flavor then you get to choose the flavor you want to go with it. The flavor is then drizzled into your seafood bag mixing it with the seafood before serving.
There are plenty or flavors to choose from to cover everyone’s taste preferences – Mardi Gras, Salty Eggsperience, Coco-sol, Frenchy Lemon Pepper, The Spaniard, and Coco-Curry. Sumatran Surprise, Hawkers Delight and plain Salt and Pepper.
Shrimp Bucket assures freshness and quality of the food they serve by by getting the ingredients daily from the suppliers. In doing this they are also supporting local shrimp breeders from Bulacan and Pampanga.
Apart from their flavorful seafood bags, they also have other dishes you can choose from such as fish fillet, spicy pork belly, and beef stew and others.
Shrimp bucket isn’t the first to offer boiling bags, but they have the best flavors you can choose from. The bags by the pound costs – P560 for the shrimps and P350 for the mussels; crabs costs P200 per 100 gram. Catch them on Facebook – FB/TheShrimpBucket
