Technolux Business Series (TBS) continues on October 18 (Thursday) from 2pm to 4 pm at Mall of Kitchens in Kamagong, Makati City.
With the theme, “Italian Feast,” the TBS will feature Pizza Master Oven and Italmill, food entrepreneurs’ partners in making authentic Italian pizzas and breads. Admission is free.
Italmill S.p.A. is one of the biggest family-run businesses in the flour and semi-finished baking product industry in Italy. Its products include pastry, bakery and pizza preferred by restaurants, cafés and pizzerias because they guarantee the best Italian pizzas and artisan breads. Also to be highlighted in the said event is Pizza Master Oven, the largest electric deck oven ranges in the world with 80 different sizes and over 1,000 combinations. Technolux will bring in principals from Italy to conduct cooking and baking demos so that participants can better see the features of the products and appreciate how they can be beneficial to their businesses.
Tiziano Casillo is a chef-pizzaiolo who obtained his qualification at the Iseo Institute of Hotels. He is a professional chef who trains Italmill staff in different countries. will share his expertise in making the best thin crust pizzas and other breads using Italmill flour, together with another talented chef, Oxana Bokta.
Meanwhile, Mansour Rashidi, Pizza Master’s Vice President of Sales Svenska BakePartner AB, will speak at length about Pizza Master, its features and benefits and will demonstrate its proper use to maximize efficiency and profit.
Also to be featured are quick demos on Frigomat Gelato, Vittore Espresso and Taylor Soft Serve machines and Italian wine appreciation.
