The brand orchestrated real-life elevator meet-cutes for everyday people with hidden crushes.

Inspired by the iconic elevator setting of the music video, Closeup selected participants and gave them special makeovers before orchestrating unique encounters with their crushes. Director Tonette Jadaone provided hidden instructions, encouraging participants to overcome hesitation and take bold steps toward connection.

One heartwarming success story featured Ashley and Dan, coworkers who had secret crushes. Through playful dares, like sharing compliments and making close physical gestures, the pair experienced a rom-com-style connection. The experience culminated in a crowded elevator scene mirroring the DonBelle music video. After revealing herself as the mastermind behind their story, Tonette encouraged the couple to share their advice: the risk of missing out on a connection is greater than the fear of rejection.
