Dragon chef is located at 4th level of Trinoma Mall. As soon as you walk inside the restaurant you’ll be amazed at how it looks and feel very Chinese, from the music to the decorations. It’s perfect for intimate gatherings.
What a Chinese restaurant without the Dimsum and Dumplings? Dragon Chef has over 10 mouthwatering dimsums and dumplings starting at P78.00. My favorites were the Xiang Long Bao, Har Gao and the Quarry Bay. The Xiang Long Bao is also known as the soup dumplings as it literally has soup inside it, it has to be eaten as soon as served or the soup will be absorbed by the dumpling itself.
The only salad I eat are fruit salads, the ones served during special occasions. The Nirvana salad served by Dragon Chef changed that. It has crispy tofu, fruits, walnuts with sesame dressing. A must try when you decide to eat at Dragon Chef. Don’t miss out on this. I must learn how to create one my self.
Enough of the appetizers and let’s get the party started. Each serving is good for 2 to 4 persons, but based on how I eat, 3 people would have enough. All prices are already VAT included but still subject to 10% service charge.
The Emperor Wenzong is a crispy Asian chicken with BBQ sauce served with lychee cucumber salad. Perfectly fried chicken.
