If there’s one canned good that is on top of my list, it’s corned beef. There always have to a can or two in the kitchen cabinet otherwise it feels empty. There are sardines, mackerel, tuna, and even sisig in a can, but corned beef is the one can that can rule them all.
For breakfast, you can eat it with fried rice or bread. For your lunch and dinner you can do whatever you want with it, as a suggestion, sinigang na corned beef has becoming more popular these days, you might want to try it out. I still prefer the classic ginisa with patatas or repolyo. For snacks, there’s sandwiches, and also spaghetti with corned beef. There really is no limit with what you can do with corned beef, it only comes down to the quality of corned beef you buy. My choice, Highlands Corned Beef.
Highlands Corned Beef was introduced only three years ago and has become a household name when it comes to corned beef. It’s made with Angus beef, which explains the richness in taste and aroma. If you haven’t tasted it yet, now’s the time.
My only wish is that it comes with variants, like garlic, spicy, and an easy open can. Thanks!
