Knorr, in partnership with WFP, Kabisig ng Kalahi and the Food Nutrition Research Institute of DOST has come up with a program that aims to make nutritious meals accessible and sustainable, the Knorr Lutong Nanay Nutrition Program. The program aims to Feed, Teach, Make It Last.
I have not been in Mercato for a long time and Knorr just gave me one good reason to be revisit and indulge on their wide selection of food. Stalls are serving their Lutong Nanay dishes where portion of the sales will be donated to the Lutong Nanay program.
There are just too many to choose from and you can’t go wrong if it’s Lutong Nanay.
Feed – Knorr Lutong Nanay Nutrition Program will continue its school-based and community-based feeding programs
Teach – Knorr teaches moms the value of nutrition and training them on how to make affordable and nutritious meals. Knorr believes that moms play an important role in fighting malnutrition.
Make It Last, Knorr support moms in setting up their own businesses via a livelihood development module.
