If I had the money I would buy myself a property in the south, I like it there and also the provinces that surround it. It’s cold breeze is already a deal breaker. Or I’ll probably settle with the city nearest to it, Alabang. Avida Land launched its Avida Towers Altura Tower 2, the sequel high-rise residential development within the South Park District, to perfectly capture the essence of Southern living.

I had a chance to visit each unit and was wowed with the features that each has to offer. Each unit is well ventilated with large windows which are not typical to condo living. It assures that each unit has its own share of the cold breeze and the majestic view of the sunset/sunrise.
I am amazed with how the rooms are designed and planned, the two bedroom unit has two large windows and the three bedroom unit has three. It saves you money on electricity for lighting and air conditioning.
The kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms are perfectly spaced giving the owner more than enough room for their own design to suit their taste.
I have to say that the interior designer did a great job in designing the unit, look at how spacious the one bedroom unit is. It didn’t look and feel this big when I saw the bar unit.
