There are many hotels to choose from in the the metro, but if you want to go further south, Bellevue Manila is one of the best places for a staycation.
Located at the North Bridgeway, in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Bellevue Manila is the one of the five hotels in the The Bellevue Hotels and Resorts group. There’s Bellevue Bohol, B Hotel Alabang, and B Hotel Quezon City which I recently had the chance to visit twice (check out the feature here – B Hotel – A Rising Star in The City of Stars).
Although most hotels are now embracing a modern look, Bellevue Manila remains loyal to the classic architecture and design. The interior is a work of art.
Each corner is worth a space in your Instagram feed and Facebook timeline.
I can’t help but have my photos taken with its wall arts.
Inside our room awaits the blissful bed wherein the linens and duvets are being supplied by Pacific Coast Feather Company, a famous brand that specializes in luxury beds. The blissful is available on all of the members of the Bellevue family.
The Signature Deluxe room is comes with a choice of 1 king or 2 queen beds. It’s a 33 sqm room with bathroom with a bathtub located in the tower wing with exclusive access to the Signature Lounge.
We’d love to stay a little longer and lie down for a bit but we had to prepare for dinner. After unpacking and freshening up, we headed to the second floor to have an Asian culinary adventure at Phonenix Court. At dinner we we were joined by friends and generous servings delectable Asian dishes.
I was not able to join them at the Vue Bar because this tito is too old for this(hahaha). The following morning we head to the pool before getting breakfast.

The pool has a breathtaking view of the south side of Manila and a peek in to the Laguna de Bay. A bar is available if you want to sip on some cocktails or soda while you bathe in the sun. We’re glad that we were able to take a dip in the pool before people start coming in.
We then head to the up to the Signature Club to get breakfast.
The breakfast does not have much choices but it was all worth it. I’d rather have them a few that’s worth waking up to than a hundred choices but none of them makes you happy. Breakfast was made fun with the view of greater Manila. We tried guessing which was Makati, Ortigas and BGC based on the high-rise buildings.
After breakfast we headed back to the pool to chill, and a grab some drinks at the bar and talk a out our haciendas and our plans to buy Facebook and Apple.
Eating never stops as we head to the 2nd floor at Hatsune, which is just right across Phoenix Court.
Phoenix Court and Hatsune at Bellevue Manila are a must try restaurants when you get to visit Bellevue, although I prefer Phoenix more because of the variety and I’m not a fan of Japanese. My taste buds are limited to ramen and tempura.

Bellevue Manila in Alabang has been the star of the south for over a decade now. It was built in 2003 and it still has the same luxurious look and feel of a word class hospitality from the second that you step inside up to the time you lay down on it’s blissful beds.
It’s only minutes away via Skyway and far enough to be considered a home away form home. The Bellevue Manila is located in North Bridgeway, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1781. Call them at (02) 771-8181.
