A new food craze is conquering dessert lovers and K-drama fans, Bingsu. It’s our Oppa’s version of halo-halo but with different toppings and syrups. Snowbing already two branches, both in QC. One in Trinoma and the second one at SM North EDSA.
Surprsingly, Snowbing is Filipino owned. I thought it was a franchise from a Korean brand because it looks and feels so Korean inside. Snowbing has a total of 12 flavors, different tastes for different personalities. Their ice shaving machine was imported from Korea to achieve the perfect bingsu texture.
Aside from bingsu, they also serve pasta, pizza and cakes with Korean twists, like the kimchi and others. It’s a complete Korean experience, starting with the taste, then the ambiance, the KPop music and video playing at the stores, the store design and wall decorations. I forget to mention the pretty staff.
Snowbing is located at Upper Ground Floor, City Center, SM City North EDSA, Quezon City and at the Sky Garden at Trinoma.
