
As she was touring us around she was telling stories of how she started to learn to cook. She started at the age of 4, assisting her grandmother and her mother at the kitchen. She also describes how food is prepared back in the days, nothing is instant.
What I learned through her stories is that Kapampangan’s love to cook. They cook with passion and dedication. It takes them hours to prepare a special dish because they want their guests to feel special.
